Made for location-based leagues
Every feature you'd expect for a volleyball org, with the right terminology and only the settings that actually matter.
Location scheduling and booking
Build a season schedule once. Coaches request locations from your availability windows; admins approve, auto-approve, or pre-allocate. Conflicts are caught automatically.
Team rosters, RSVPs, and attendance
Each team has a roster, parents RSVP for games and practices, and coaches take attendance from the mobile app. Late RSVP changes route through coach approval.
Push notifications and email
Coaches and parents get push notifications for new requests, schedule changes, and RSVP reminders. Email is the backstop for users without the mobile app.
Volunteer signups
Snack duty, scorekeeping, game-day setup — parents sign up directly from the app, coaches see who's covering what for each game.
Multi-org sharing
Share a location schedule between connected orgs (e.g., a park district and a feeder league). Each side controls their own approvals and booking rules.
