After that, as long as your trailing 12 months of LeagueHero platform fees stays at $300 or above (roughly $15,000 in registrations at our 2% rate), Plus stays free.

- Publish your first online registration form. Your 2-month grace period begins — no subscription charged, LeagueHero Plus features included, no threshold required.
- After the grace period, as long as your trailing 12 months of LeagueHero platform fees stays at $300 or above, Plus stays free — no monthly charge.
- We check continuously. If your trailing 12 months falls below $300, we resume billing at the $99/month base rate. The moment you cross back over $300, billing stops again and Plus is restored.
Standard Stripe processing rates apply to every registration charge. The 2-month grace period runs from the date you publish your first paid registration form; after that, the trailing-12-month check runs continuously so the waiver activates the moment you cross $300 and steps down the moment you fall below it.
